It hasn¹t altered the notion that corporations are still speculating here
using toxins and water. It has yet to be seen what it means in terms of
corporate executives exploring to a lesser degree ­ or not changing the game
plan at all...this is a dying industry taking its last gasps however they
can. Fracking is proof of that. I think as you say Carrie its all about
bringing it back to who decides.
