[CRNMC] Feedback Requested: Speaking Tour in October - Dates?

October 11 & 12 would potentially conflict with the event we are
planning 
with author Jeff Clements.  He hasn't confirmed for sure
yet.  

And I would welcome Prajna to our all hands meeting on
August 17th.

conversation with Paul Cienfugeos to schedule a multi-town speaking
tour/fun event with him and others in October.  Probably a 5 day tour with
more than one town per day, featuring music, maybe a meal, fun, and
education.  *Please look at the following dates and give feedback.  Events
that would conflict?  Other issues?*  Potential dates are:  5 days
including the *October 4th and 5th* weekend  5 days including the *October
