[CRNMC] All Member Get Together

Greetings CRNMC,

The 14 of us that were able to make it to the Camp 20 celebration
had a wonderful time reconnecting, and trading stories and perspectives
on various aspects of CRNMC past and present.

Although many wanted to reorganize and move forward, there seemed to
be a deep sense that we need to honor what we claim to be about.
As in "Community", and "the people effected by decisions should be
making the decisions". We all recognized that the mere 14 of us
does not represent the whole group especially as there were people
that wanted to be there but had scheduling conflicts.

So the only decision made that effects the whole group was
a commitment to organize a whole group meeting. No one else
seemed to want to colate the info needed so here I am
writing this e-mail asking for help in the scheduling.

We're hoping to do this in August.
So please check your calendars for
Saturday August 16
Sunday August 17
Saturday August 23
Sunday August 24

Here is what I need from you.
Please tell me all the Days (of those 4) that could work for you.
Additionally, if you have any ideas for agenda items, please tell me.

Now here is the important part. We really don't want to overwhelm
people on this list with all the e-mails about who can make what
day, so please, please, please, when to reply, change the To: line
to

Taking the extra 20 seconds to press the correct button or cut and paste
my e-mail address into the To: field will be appreciated by all.

Now I hope I didn't loose you when I mentioned agenda items above.
One of the most important reasons for getting together in person
is, e-mail communicatios work much much better when people have
had enough face to face time together.
