Thanks Beth B. An interesting view. (about 1hr 18min)
I think the real take-away for me was how much an effect each of us
actually has on the world. According to the study mentioned in the
documentary, when we change (become more conscious, release habits or
patterns of thought that do not serve us) the positive effects ripple
through 3 degrees of separation. So when we become a better person,
people's lives we have never met are improved.
Kind of inspiring.
