[CRNMC] Additional lists [was: crn Digest, Vol 5, Issue 7]

Thanks, Tim, all good ideas.

For myself, I have found it very easy to scan the posting on our list and deal with those of interest to me when I have time to reply.  The scanning only takes a minute of time. 

Seems that two lists will just add more busy-ness to it all.
