[CRNMC] CELDF statement on New York ban

Have y'all seen this statement? 

As exciting as it is to hear "WE have beat fracking"... This rights-based approach is a HUGE learning curve about the complex system of law currently in place in the US, complete reframing of how WE the people approach current law, and after reading this CELDF review of the New York "win"- I am reexamining what we jump up to celebrate, and am reminded of Paul Cienfuegos' workshop, and how hard activists fight for a "win" which can be nullified at any time. 

Want to say- GREAT JOB CRNMC! We are working on something that IS the GAME CHANGER.
