[CRNMC] Measure "S" into Enforceable Law

Today is the Conception of the return of the Light...the conception of the rebirth of Spring !!!!!

Ok, as regards this thread.

I  have read through the link you sent, Tim.  I could not find any information in the link that talks about codifying the measure into law.   

This thread started by my sharing some information regarding information that was shared with me that measures do not become enforceable law until they are written into the county code.

I humbly submit that I do not know the reality around this statement.

I have not read anything to clarify.
