[CRNMC] Charter Meeting in Elk, 1/18

After further conversations with Norman de Vall, we have decided to welcome anyone to the meeting on January 18th who is more than interested in the process of manifesting Mendocino County as a Charter County.  "More than interested" is interpreted as people who are ready to do the work necessary to manifest a Charter County.

The goal of this meeting is to work together to deeply understand why we wish to manifest a Charter County...What is the objective.

The meeting will refrain from discussing how we are going to do it.

If more than 10 people committ to attending this meeting, Norman will arrange for us to use the Elk Community Center.

In my conversations with Norman, I have found him to be a very knowledgeable person as to the public and private processes and interests of the powers that be in our county. 

The meeting will be held in Elk on January 18th @ 11am-4pm.
