[CRNMC] Making Measure "S" into Law

What is the local govt. Commission..I found the budget approval on the web…but not the purpose, mission, etc. I'll look into it more deeply later. 

The BOS will certify the vote of the election for all items on the ballot…and Measure S will become law 10 days later, presumably, the 19th of December. 
I spoke with the County Council, Doug Losak.
