Dear Agnes,
Thank you for your clarity.
My words are not intended to down play the important work and the time invested in the public bank and the charter process to date.
I have much appreciation and gratitude for all of ya'lls work.
My only point visioning the charter process and the public bank process as separate processes is supported in your words about S.F. establishing a charter first and then working on the public bank issue.
There is a lot of education that needs to be county wide on both of these issues for them to pass.
The passage of Measaure "S" had the gift of the strong sentiment against fracking that was already present in our county before the establishment of the CRNMC.
I do not know whether Measure "S" would have passed if it was solely a measure to support and enforce a community bill of rights to protect and preserve the Sovereign rights of Nature.
Thank you for all your help.
With love,
Baile
