Dear Agnes et al,
6 people do not represent the magnitude of our county.
Establishing a county charter can be a different issue than establishing a public bank at this time.
i support establishing a list serve to be able to hear from a wider range of people who are interested in investigating and establishing a county charter.
Allow the process to determine the focus of the charter.
My understanding, which quite humbly is limited and could be wrong, is that establishing a public bank can be done without a county charter.
and/or
a public bank can be established by amending a county charter once the charter is in place.
clarity ?
with love,
baile
