(This may just be a semantics issue.) I would disagree that the single
focus has been Measure S. It has always been about Community Rights
and S was just the first step in declaring and securing those rights.

I am looking forward to the WindTunneling training in Jan. That
is going to be a useful tool for (among other things) getting some
clarity on thing(s) we should be working on next.
