[CRNMC] another idea

I am definitely new to the public banking and charter county topics.
I understand them as two separate concepts.
My understanding, which could very possibly be in error, is that the Public Banking group has a very deep background that has considered using a county charter to establish a Public Bank.
Establishing Mendocino County as a Charter County can take very many paths as far as the focus of the the charter.
I support Norman's idea of keeping these two topics separate at this time by establishing a separate list serve for those of us primarily interested in exploring the charter process for our county.
And, yes, the CRNMC can support, contribute, endorse both of these efforts in the interest of our local self governance.
At the same time, it is important for the members of the CRNMC to become clear regarding what we wish to manifest..what defines us..as we move on from the single focus of Measure "S."
Sincerely,
with love
