[CRNMC] Date of Implementation for Measure S

HI Carrie,
Good Morning,
I contacted Voter Registrar after elections. As i understand it they (VR)
have 28 days from election to certify then pass onto B of Supes to Act to
approve to make it law. Then there is ten days for VR to put on books as
law.
 We have to make sure there are no shenanigans. I brought this up with
others but got silence.
