[CRNMC] MUST read legal brief on Community Rights!!!

Greetings everyone,

For those on the call thank you it was a tough start I think ­ a little too
legalistic ­ but we came together in understanding within a few minutes, I
think.  As you¹ll see Thomas has resent the brief, which is attached. As he
suggests, its a MUST read, and we should maybe do a call on it, perhaps Doug
and I can do a messaging call for the group after folks have had a week to
read it, or something else to discuss it.

I will send the info on the recording of the call soon, once I figure out
how to share it. ;-)

Any follow-up questions please send to me, though I will be away after about
11 AM tomorrow.
