[CRNMC] Media Team Agenda Additions

OK,

Everyone, I had thought that this meeting tonight really needs to focus
specifically on:

1) creating a unified message to go public with
2) creating a small editing team capable of vetting content and getting it
out without "editing by committee"

I have placed an item on the agenda that will split the current
media/communications team into more functional, smaller groups.
Social media, Print media, physical media, and media messaging/editing.

It is my hope that smaller teams can funnel content through the messaging
and editing committee which can then give it back to the appropriate
committee for distribution.

Just discussing these things may well take a lot of time!  It would be
good, however, to lay all current ideas and projects on the table for
inclusion in the minutes, which can be posted on the web page.  Please add
all ideas in your opening statement then we can alter the agenda as needed.
