[CRNMC] Media team meeting

Just a reminder that the media team is having a meeting tonight at 6:30.
We need to have a formal discussion about messaging and come up with a
unified message and a plan for creating a format for editing and deciding
the content that goes out.

If any of you have seen the Ft. Bragg Advocate-News this week you will see
what we are already starting to come up against.  "The ordinance will
probably not pass judicial review" stated in the first paragraph.

Karina will not be joining us but has been clear on how she feels we should
approach the messaging issue and this will be discussed tonight.  Shannon
Biggs from Global Exchange will be part of the discussion.

Please, everyone, there will be a circle created and do not speak out of
turn if at all possible.

I also ask that only those truly interested in participating in the
messaging and decision making process become part of the circle as too many
voices will be confusing and make for a long and complex meeting.

I do invite any who are interested to listen in an post comments via list
serve as everyone's input, especially as to how we can improve these
meetings, will be most appreciated.
