[CRNMC] Call with Thomas Linzey Wednesday at 5:30 PM

Greetings all, 

Thomas has only Wednesday, either early day or at 5:30 PM (he is east
coast).  Please send me your questions in ONE document please! By the end of
the day tomorrow so I can brief him. We can record the call so that others
can hear it later if they cannot make the call.

I have already (we only have one hour of Thomas¹ time but I can speak
after): 
* Single subject rule of our ordinance  (or are folks now clear on this?)
* Public Trust doctrine ­ why it doesn¹t actually protect us (regulatory
fallacy) 
* Traditional legal pushback (and why this isn¹t a legal strategy, but an
organizing framework)
* Community rights as supreme over fed and state does not mean ³majority
rule²
