[CRNMC] media team meeting

Hello all,

Apparently, a few more people have added themselves to the media group
since I sent out the media wizard, or at least I just received a current
media/communications list much longer than the one I sent out on the
meeting wizard and, since today is my son's 16th birthday, I have no time
to do another one, I will suggest that we meet Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM
to hash out this messaging issue.  I have only gotten 4 replies on the
wizard and all are available at this time so I am going with it.

I am going to ask Korina (the writer of Argument F) to join us as well as
she has had the most extensive contact with CELDF about the issue and seems
to know the most about how we should approach this.

Somehow, the media team grew from about 3 of us to 25 in the last week so I
have no real idea how we should facilitate this meeting only to hope that
only those who really want to be on the "deciding team" should
participate.  You must understand a phone meeting of this sort is difficult
to run if their are a lot of people on the line.  Everyone will need to
make sure and speak in turn.

On the point meetings, we create a circle and pretty much stick to it so
people don't talk over each other.  I will be happy to facilitate, and we
also have a time keeper and someone who takes minutes to be posted on the
website.

I suggest we keep everyone's comments initially down to 3 minutes, with one
minute follow ups for questions, then make a final decision.  If we do not
keep time the meeting will last forever.
