[CRNMC] [CRNMC-media] my last version of the press release

Whenever you say, "I can send this out? please include your latest version you are sending out. Otherwise, how do we know what you mean, after all the comments that have been made. 
And i hope you will take my comments seriously and always add to "local self gov't" something like: "in order to secure our fundamental rights."

If you are going to ignore me, then please take me off this list so I don't waste my time.
