[CRNMC] Single Issue?

Hi all, I think it would be great if Karina shared the conversations back
and forth between she and me and Ben for clarity on this. Karina, can you
please share some of that thread, as I'm stuck in meetings all day. I don't
believe Doug has it correct here as I read it. The single issue is the bill
of rights. Fracking is a violation of those rights that is prohibited by
this measure.
