[CRNMC] Fracking Funding for Mendocino

Thanks Tim and Karina. New information just received:

Seems that the fundraising has been targeted to help Butte and SB Counties
only, because they have been challenged or targeted in some way by Big
Oil/Gas, and the money is to help counter those specific attacks. Lets hope
we don't qualify for such help.
