[CRNMC] Legal opinion of Initiative

Dear Karina,

You say "send us your thoughts on this subject". Am I posting this to "the whole list" now, or to the 'us' you refer to?

I do have some pressing thoughts on these matters. So, to whom exactly do I send them?
