[CRNMC] refunds for materials?

Hello all
here is another question that is coming into focus with the signature gathering.

Many point people and others are soon going to print the necessary materials for the tabling. 
Who is paying for all this and how is it being handled?
My instructions to people so far is "save the receipt".
You will probably be reimbursed. 
Any real answers out there?
