Hi,

There is "Water" in the title and then in the body it talks about air and
soil damage- this is about more than water - it is, after all, a single
issue ordinance and fracking is the issue, as we voted on at Democracy
School, not water - the positive side of the title leads with "Community
Rights".

A single-issue ordinances with "Ecosystems rights" as the single issue
would be the time to emphasize this since the right of the ecosystem in our
ordinance pertains only to fracking damage.

My two cents,

Caitlin
