Just got home from a long weekend to find quite the formidable enforcements
in section 4(a). YES! Jail time for the board, etc. - $10k per violation
with many specific violations defined! They can't even leave their fracking
equipment in our county over 8 hours! WOW. Great freakin' job!!! :)
