[CRNMC] hand on water (protecting water?) FOR EVERYONE

hello all:
I think the image and the tag line are enough.
The handout will have CRN and the synopsis..
We will have a letter for the initiative…once we collect signatures, and they pass muster at the county level…then we get the letter designation.
The election date can be on the handout…but not necessary, in my opinion.
