[CRNMC] Impartial Analysis from county counsel

I am overwhelmed with emotions,  and I have such a sense of Gratitude for
our community. Just getting it on the ballot is huge.
I have started writing a book about this whole process, and will do some
interviews after signature gathering or maybe the election.
