[Community Rights Network] listserv subject line change

Hi people,

The listserv adds "[Community Rights Network]" to the sibject line
so it's easy to spot e-mails that come from the list. Unfortunatly
Community Rights Network is so long that the rest of the subject
does not show up on may e-mail clients. To address this I'm changing
it to CRNMC. This should make it eaiser to know what the subject is.
