[Community Rights Network] About limiting contributions to $1000

The campaign funds should be separate from Community Rights of Mendo County
funds. The list-serve for instance is for CRN not the campaign per se.   We
should utilize what has been offered us through Shannon by Global Exchange
in terms of handouts etc...  Having also looked at all of the paperwork
involved with campaign spending,  I agree with Karina about keeping the
campaign spending below $1,000.  Conversely, I agree with Charles that we
should have greater funding for the CRN to do educational outreach, and
probably a bank account for it.
