[Community Rights Network] Signature Jam Trainings

Hello all:
Here we go…the trainings are starting. 
First one will be in Ukiah on Saturday, the 19th at 1:00 PM.
It will be held outdoors at McGarvey Park and the corner of Dora and Clay Streets.

Please review the Tooikit information.

Please bring…
Folding chair or something to sit on. 
A clipboard so you can easily take notes. 
An ironing board…if you have one or can get one from a second-hand store. If you plan to bring one, please let me know. 
I have two…and two or three more would be enough. 
(Some of you want to use card tables when collecting signatures…and, of course, that is fine. I just want to demonstrate the use of the ironing board at the training. 

We will be going over the needed materials and ideas as well as actively participating in practicing the script, trying to draw people to the table, and explaining the community rights strategy. 

Materials still needed from the Education/Outreach Circle.
Volunteer badges
Handout…Synopsis of Initiative, resources for information (including CELDF) and how the person can get back to us. (Facebook, e-mail, etc.)
