Thanks for posting this Kelly. Regretfully I have another meeting I need 
to attend at 6 pm on the 15th. Do you know if someone will be able to 
take some basic notes? If not, I'm sure someone will help get me up to 
speed at the right time.
I'm visioning the ordinance flying thru the Mendocino Filing process & 
being ready for us to get petitions signed very soon.
