[Community Rights Network] Flyer tag line ideas

If the ³answer² is a community bill of rights, then we always want to frame
the issue as a question around who decides. Here are some ideas for tag
lines. 

Some lines and tag lines suggested:

Its up to us to protect our water.

Protecting our water. Its up to us.

Our water. Its up to us to protect it.

Mendocino County Water rights ­ who decides?

Protecting Water rights through local self governance.

Our community. Our water.
Our right to decide. Our responsibility to protect.

Additional tag text:
Who decides if Mendocino's water will be used for fracking?
WE do!  Join us in protecting clean local water.
