Greetings all, 

I was told this list was for external communications, not core group emails?  Just checking as if this is indeed for anyone interested, then I suggest some protocols for the list. If it is for internal comms, then I should not be on this list, as it's private for just your core folks, unless you cc me specifically. Doug, can you clarify for me?
