[Community Rights Network] Information/Links to reach out for help from more community members

Hi Group, 

As I am contacting friends for signature gathering, and to let them know more about what it is I am involved in, these items are included in what I email out.  Wanted to share with y'all... hope you may find this useful.

We have filed an ordinance with the county that declares 1. Right to Community Self Governance and 2. Right to clean water, specifically banning Fracking and all Hydrocarbon removal from Mendocino County. 

This is a BIG campaign and a very VERY short timeframe. Right now we are collecting materials to distribute to signature gathering groups all over the county, we will come to you to train about what IS this community rights approach and how to talk about it in your community (because it is a very different legal approach- BASIC PREMISE:  "Who has the right to make the decisions about what happens in our Community?" People or Corporations?").
