Greetings all
I am securing coordinators all over the county and having conversations with each of them about the effort.

As soon as I get the materials needed for the signature gathering, I will be on the road doing trainings. (Some folks have already volunteered to help with this)
I plan to take materials to each area, meet the point person and their team, prepare them for the task at hand, and be in touch for follow-up. I will combine areas when possible.

Materials needed to be prepared….as I see it at the moment:
I am checking with Shannon to determine what she has and what else we (I'm assuming Education and Outreach) ..need to create. (1, 2 and 3 below)

1. Best practices for handling the petitions
2. Talking points
3. Handout:	this needs to include a synopsis of the initiative, references on how to get back to us, (Facebook, e-mail, etc) and websites on how to look deeper (CELDF, Global Exchange, etc. ) It could be "like an occucard" or a half sheet of paper…maybe blue…for water?)
4. Voter registration forms
5. Volunteer sign-up sheet

When the best way to keep track of the results is in place, I will let everyone know how to handle the petitions and the results, probably on a weekly basis.

Ed Oberweiser is coordinating the output to the media committee at the moment.
Sue Boecker is working closely with me to help coordinate.
