The
conflict resolution issues are being narrowed from the whole group to the
Conflict Resolution/Process group.  I don't know how all those names
got involved in this.  We are taking it from here.  So sorry
that everyone else were barraged with these emails.

Good morning!

We are very busy working on the ordinance
today.  There is a deadline for tonight, and is it very important
that we have the energy and time to put this all together for CELDF. 
We need everyone to help with this.  There will be an email from me
today with the text of the ordinance as it stands.  I invite
comments, and if there is something that you are concerned about regarding
the ordinance wording, I, as the ordinance team point person, want to hear
from you as soon as possible.  It is my prayer that there will not be
any surprises today.  The ordinance team is working hard to make the
document as coherent and tight as possible by tonight.
  
I am
seeing that the conflict resolution emails are causing some to drop out of
our groups and distracting from our main task.  May I respectfully
ask that everyone suspend their opinions for a short time (today) until
the process group has time to attend to these important issues?  They
are working on it!
  
If you have any burning comments regarding
the conflict resolution, I would love to hear from you!  Just email
me at SolarKelly at gmail, (and not the whole group please).  I will
make sure that your concerns are attended to.
