[BOD] Update: CRMLS, ShowingTime, and Supra Lockbox Integration Delayed

Dear President Clark, BOD Committee Members and MLS Committee Members 

Good morning members, 

I wanted to provide an important update regarding our lockboxes and showing
management systems.

CRMLS is currently moving toward requiring all showings to be managed
through the ShowingTime app, which integrates directly with member accounts.
While Supra had initially completed the necessary technical updates to
connect their lockboxes with ShowingTime, CRMLS recently updated their
guidelines. As a result, the integration is currently stalled.

What this means moving forward:

*	Development Delay: Supra must now return to the development phase to
meet the new guidelines. They estimate it will take 9 months to 1 year to
complete these changes.
*	Hardware Status: There will be no upgraded lockboxes issued until
this integration solution is fully implemented.

We will keep you updated as we learn more about the timeline. Let me know if
