[BOD] Payroll

Just a suggestion I spoke with Coast Tax Service, they do our payroll, would offer CMAR the same price we pay

4.00 per check and 75.00 per quarter for quarterly reports.

Our payroll program has issues per Ben, this is a simple fix.

Will put this on the agenda
