Good morning!  This message is going to all Association Executives and
Professional Standards Administrators regarding Professional Standards
Volunteer Training 2025. Training content is being emailed by Brenda Faltes
to all volunteers that have registered.  Below are details to follow during
the training and exam process.  We appreciate all your efforts with this
process. Let me know if you have any questions.

Registration: For members that are not registered please forward
registration links, accordingly, must register separately with individual

About the Exam: Volunteers that attend will receive exam link directly day
after training; upon completion of the exam members receive a confirmation
email with exam score (confirmation with passing score can be forward for
local AOR's committee records). Non-passing scores must wait 14 days to
retake the exam but will be able to request to be placed on waiting list.

 

Volunteers unable to attend live training:  it's recommended to still
register to receive the follow-up emails with training materials and
recording, the exam can be requested after their review; link to "exam
request" will be made available after the training sessions are competed.
