Hi Lesli and Kathy,

It’s that time of year again! 😊 We are reaching out to all the Associations to take advantage of the training packages available from California Association of Realtors to offer additional training to your members! While each Association receives one free 1-hour virtual training class per calendar year from C.A.R. for their members, you can get ahead of the learning curve by offering regular, custom training classes to your members with a training package.

We kicked off 2026 with a new member benefit, the Relationships CRM inside Lone Wolf Foundations, which replaces the previous CRM, LionDesk, and fully integrates with Transact, the new transaction management program introduced by Lone Wolf in October 2025.  We are now offering training on Transact, which will eventually replace zipForm in within a year. In addition to the Transact topic, other class topics include:

*	Navigating the Form Editor
*	Digital Signatures (Authentisign and DocuSign)
*	Using Templates, Checklists, and Tasks
*	zipCommunity™ - using the Share function (for client fillable forms)
*	Paperless functions (Email to Transaction, DocInbox, etc.)
*	Live Q&A with C.A.R. zipForm Experts
*	Topic of your choice

We have the following training packages available for purchase through C.A.R. that can be customized for your members:

*	3 Classes = $1,200
*	6 Classes = $2,000
*	12 Classes = $3,500

Each training package is good for one year, and payment is collected at the beginning of the term.  You can choose the training topic for each class, and we are happy to recommend training topics as well. These classes can be a mix of virtual and in-person sessions, whichever you prefer. Travel expenses, such as mileage and incidentals, will be collected for any in-person sessions. Also, these classes can be purchased in conjunction with a neighboring AOR to be more cost effective, if preferred.

Time Frame for each session:

In-Person: 1.5-2hrs
Virtual: 1-1.5hrs

It is important to offer training to your members year-round as the zipForm & Transact platforms are constantly changing. These trainings keep members informed of the changes and ensure they understand the system and have the resources available to them when they have a transaction. Having an expert trainer from C.A.R. teach these classes enhances member retention and happiness! 

Purchasing the minimum 3-pack of classes along with your 1 free training will ensure your members have zipForm/Transact training once per quarter. Purchasing the 12-pack of classes along with your 1 free training will ensure your members have zipForm/Transact training every month. Your 1 free training consists of a 1-hour virtual class on the topic of your choice.
