Please accept my condolences, Ron and Toni. I am sad that the little, private, time away for you to attend the memorial turned out the way it did upon your return. You certainly didn't deserve coming home to what awaited you.</div>

I so enjoy reading the Spirit Express posts — its wisdom, intimacy and sharing. I probably ought to have written that the quoted speech of J.D. Vance in Europe is full of lies. Out of consideration for our community I stuffed it and expressed my preference
to keep politics out of the Spirit Express. True, I often don't comprehend deep spiritual teachings or political viewpoints but ultimately tap into my heart or my understandings. May all downtrodden beings have the privilege of a life now, that I have.
That's probably my cup of tea.</div>

I am reflecting on the power of words, symbols, images, feeling, thoughts….. and even letters.<br>
At Spirit House we often look at each human being as a "communication device” as well as a creator of our<br>
own reality. At this very volitale and sensitive time I know I need reminding that what I do, say, write<br>
or even think, has energy, power, vitality and vibration ….. reverberation, responsibility and consequence. <br>
<br>
The question remains do I want to use these<br>
super powers…..of thought, feelings, words and actions….in service of love……or fear?<br>
<br>
Humans have a long history of fearing the unknown and judging what is unfamiliar or<br>
not understood…..or somehow in oposition to their comfortable world view. Many wars and deaths<br>
are in the wake of these fears.<br>
<br>
At this time, many of our secure beliefs, perspectives and comfort zones are crumbling and many are afraid and<br>
feel powerless and angry.<br>
<br>
I write this as a reminder to myself to everyone who comes to Spirit House or is part of the Spirit Express.<br>
Please remember your power. <br>
Is reactivity the way you want to use it?<br>
Can we be conscious and responsible enough to RESPOND with care, respect, consideration and compassion<br>
even in the midst of disagreement, misunderstanding, or radical exasperation?<br>
<br>
Take a breath. Tend to your nervous systems, be kind to yourselves and each other.<br>
<br>
Many agree the old world is coming down …..then from what ENERGY can we and so we wnat to harness to create something new?<br>
<br>
Please, if the Spirit Exprerss is not your cup of tea, exercise your freedom of choice and simply ask to<br>
be removed from the list. <br>
