The house has two bedrooms and a small loft area that can be used as a spare room. It has high redwood ceilings and beams and an open floor plan, where the kitchen, the dining area and the living room are integrated. The house has skylights throughout and amazingly good light, considering it is surrounded by a redwood forest. There is also a large back deck with built in benches, below which there is a carport.
