Anxiety rising, frustration broiling, anger at “what is”</div><div><br></div><div>“Why me?” “I can’t do this anymore!”</div><div>“When will this end?”</div><div><br></div><div>Spiraling down the black rabbit hole I go, screeching the brakes of resistance. Nooooooo </div><div><br></div><div>Then, skidding to a STOP , </div><div>A light flickers. </div><div><br></div><div>I am the one creating my suffering by resisting “what is”. If I am the creator, I am also the destroyer and re-creator. </div><div>Recreator, recreation.
