Turns out that CalTrans decided to settle out of court so no court case!!! WHEW! Now, it's just about finding some kind of balance in the realm of seizures that Lehua dances with. Thanks for holding them all in your loving awareness. My brother's oldest son who lives in Colorado. He lost his dad last year, and then his grandmother in August. He's been having a rough time, sharing thoughts of not wanting to be here with his mom and sister. He's the dad of a one-year-old and struggles in his relationship with the mother of his son.<o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'> He has a past speckled with close calls regarding alcohol. Sadly, on September 14<sup>th , </sup>he was in a car accident that he caused, and had been drinking. THANKFULLY, he and the other person are all right. We, as his family, gathered around via a zoom call to express our loving concern for his well-being. He was supposed to attend his grandma's memorial in Florida that next weekend. With great relief, he chose to go into rehab the next day.<o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'> When I feel helpless, as I do in living far from him and his family, I reach out for support.
