I made some progress, and turned it over to the County and nothing more happened. Let ATT stop supporting landlines. I do not think anything in today’s world can be supported on a landline. Not sure about Mendo and FB. Further Reach moved further out with cell towers. Now many use StarLink quite successfully. I think this satellite way is the most reliable. Although friends tell me they are and they aren’t. It is atmospherically dependent.
