This morning during Spirit House meditation, I came to a place of
feeling very ordinary in a really good relaxed way. No need to
change, be something else or work on anything other than what
motivated me in that moment. This afternoon I woke up from my nap
thinking of the Popeye saying "I am what I am and that's all that I
am." I think I like that.<br>
