<p>Thank-you Tracey for posting about Angela Farmer (yoga teacher).
With curiosity I looked her up on YouTube and found many of her
practices if someone would like to experience her. This is a
short one which I found very inspiring in relating to my own body;

<p>She made the quote of "I think if we do things inside they can
become pretty big". She was making reference to that we all don't
have to go out in the world to make a change.</p>
