This was an amazing experience of receiving the energy in the body from
all the different sounds while lying face down, cradled in the sand and

crashing waves and wind, was punctuated by the babbling of a child.
'We release flowers upon the water’s surface with our intentions and
prayers for Mother earth and all the mothers, for ourselves, our

Only a little more than a dozen attended for the wind was fiercely
gusting at times, but the glow we felt kept us warm. <br>
