evening, 5:30, and the big islands were half occupied by
pelicans. For the next 90 minutes I watched more flocks land and
when I left at 7pm they were still coming in. It was a foggy
night and so ethereal how they would appear off in the distance
flying out of the clouds. In our lifetime, in our home town!

They were all lined up last week on the outcroppings that are
usually occupied by the sea lions 🦭 as we look south from our
Caspar home. In all our years here, we have never seen that many
pelicans at one time! And we continue to see numerous flights
gliding by our windows. Truly spectacular! ❤️💕💙<br>

prehistoric ancient creatures, reminded me on Jurassic
park. How lucky we are!</div>
